Happy Tuesday!

Today we began the day with morning circle time and healthy snacks.
In Language Arts we reviewed name sound and formation of t, l, s and p.
Students then practiced writing these letters.
Next students practiced reading and writing the blend fa and the sight word fan.
In our UOI we talked about mammals and their characteristics. We also talked about Farm animals, students then started to work on a Farm Booklet, which we will do throughout the week.
In Math we played a game called String Search, where I placed different lenght strings on each table. Each child picked a string and tried to find an object in the classroom that is longer, shorter and about the same lenght. Everyone had a lot of fun participating.
Today students attended French, Gym and Drama classes.
Have a great evening everyone!

Bosco did a great job in his Show & Tell!
