Happy Monday!

Today our schedule was a bit different.
We began the day with French class.
When students came in class we had our circle time, Krina did a great job in her Show & Tell and then we healthy snacks.
In Language Arts students completed two worksheets. The first one they had to say the name of the picture and circle the vowel that they hear in words like: pig, lamb, fish, top, net and candle. Students wrote the words on the board first and circled the vowel. Second worksheet they had to say the name of the picture and circle the correct beginning sound.
In our UOI we finished our bear booklet from last week and today students learned that black bears collects leaves and sticks to put in the den. So we went for a nature walk and collected dry leaves and small sticks to glue in our booklet.
In Math we reviewed coins and students played a game where they got 3 pipe cleaners with 5, 10 and 25 cents paper coin attached. Students were instructed to count the beads accordingly to the coin.
Students attended Gym and Music classes.
Everyone had a lot of fun today!
