Photo Permission Form

Dear Parents,
Mrs. Brasil has sent you some forms to be completed and signed (pick up, community walk and photo permission form). Please make sure to send in all the forms. I am specially waiting for the photo permission form, as I have some nice pictures/video to share on my blog.
