Dear Parents,

Today we began the day with morning circle time and healthy snacks.
In Language Arts we sang our phonics song and reviewed name, sound and formation of “Ee”. We tried to think of words that begin with the sound of “Ee”. Students then practiced tracing upper and lower case “Ee”. Next students colored an elephant. In our Unit of Inquiry we talked about families, I read a book titled: “All Kinds of Mommies!” and “Piggy Goes Fishing with Daddy”. Students shared a little bit about their families and drew a picture showing each family member. In Math we sang "1, 2 buckle my shoes..."  and JKs completed 2 worksheets about number 1.
Today students attended French, Phys. Ed. and Drama classes.
At the end of the day students had the choice of manipulating sorting sets or putting puzzles together.
Have an awesome evening everyone!
