Today we began the day with morning circle time and healthy snacks.
In Language Arts we reviewed name, sound and formation of "Gg". Students traced and wrote the blend: gu and the word gum. We also practised sounding it out one vowel words like cat, gum, rug and bat.
From now on we will be focusing more and more on reading and writing one vowel words.
In Math, students practiced their numeracy skills by matching numbers to objects.
Today we also worked as a team to put puzzles together.
Students participated in reading groups, attended French, Gym and Drama classes.
Have a great evening!
