"The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.
To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment.

Good Afternoon!

Toda we start off the day with morning circle time and healthy snacks.
In Language Arts we practiced our phonics song: "Gomer Goat, g says ga, ga, ga, ga. Goose, garden, gate girl, green and glasses. G says ga, ga, ga, ga." Students then completed a worksheet where they traced and wrote upper case and lower case g. They also had to circle the pictures that begun with g.
In our UOI, we talked about transportation and students drew their favorite type of transportation.
After lunch, Miss. H. watched my class, as I had a meeting in downtown Toronto.
In Math, students built 3-D structures by using lego blocks, wood blocks, trio and stackadoos.
Mrs. L. was not here today, so students used Music time to complete some readiness skills work.
Students attended Gym and French classes. They also wrote in their journals what they most like about Winter.
To finish off the day students had the choice of playing with puzzles or reading books.
Have a great evening everyone!
