IB Mission Statement

"The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.
To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment.
These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right."

Happy Friday!

Today we began the day with our morning routine and healthy snacks.
In Language Arts we sang our phonics song and practiced writing upper and lower case "Hh".
In Math students completed a number sense page, where they practiced their counting skills and represented numbers by drawing the correct amount of objects.
Students also spent some time today completing their reflection for the Report Cards. Report Cards will be sent home at the end of the month (Nov. 30th).
Students attended Gym class today and participated in reading buddies.
To finish off the day we watched a 5 minute video from Crawford the Cat and today Crawford taught us to share!
Have a great weekend everyone!
Today is Karina's birthday!
Happy 4th birthday!
We are so glad you are part of our classroom Karina!
