Good Afternoon!

Today we began the day with our morning routine (circle time and snacks).
In Language Arts, students completed 3 worksheets, first one they had to trace upper and lower case "Mm", second one we read a Milk poem together and students were instructed to circle upper case M and underline lower case m, in our third worksheet students were encouraged to write letter "Mm" and color the pictures that began with M sound.
In Math we worked on number 12 today. Students traced and wrote number 12.
In our UOI we reviewed The Princess and The Pea story and used dried peas ( soaked in water overnight) to create sculptures. This is an excellent activity to develop fine motor skills.
Today students also wrote in their journals.
Students attended Drama, Gym and French classes.
At the end of the day they had the choice of sorting sets and puzzles.
Have a fantastic evening everyone!
