Happy Wednesday!

Today we began the day with morning circle time and healthy snacks.
In Language Arts we reviewed sound and formation of "Ll".
Students then traced and wrote upper/lower case "Ll".
In our UOI we read and watched (5 min. video) the Little Red Riding Hood story. We had a very interesting discussion about the story. It is nice to see students developing their comprhenssion skills.
Next, students made out puppets with popsicle sticks to represent each character from the story.
Students then attended Gym class. In Math we counted ourselves, students completed a worksheet where they drew and counted their features.
After that students completed their journals by drawing their favorite character from Little Red Riding Hood sttory.
To finish off the day we played games and put puzzles together.
Have a great evening everyone!
