2 More sleeps for the French Cafe!

Today we had an unusual routine...still lots of reading and writing but our the classroom schedule was a little different. We began the day with morning circle time and healthy snacks. Next, we had a discussion on how our moms are unique and the special things they do for us.
Then we started to work on a "My Mom Can" booklet. We will finish that tomorrow. Students also made a craft for Mother's Day, which we will also finish tomorrow.
In our UOI we talked about insects and categorized them into 3 sections:
- What insects can do.
- What insects have in their bodies.
- What insects are.
Cutest answer ever...Jaiden M. wrote in his "My Mom Can..." booklet: "play cars with me when she is done the dishes!"
Another cute answer from Braydon: "My Mom Can....carry a baby in her tummy!"
Good job Hayden!
