Happy Friday!

Today we had a fun day!
We began the day with our usual circle time and healthy snacks.
In Language Arts students reviewed sound and formation of the following consonants: n, d, j, w, t, r, y, j. Then they completed 2 worksheets where they had to circle the pictures which begin with those consonants.
After students practiced reading the following blends: va, ve, vi, vo, vu, jo, je, ji, ju, ja.
In Math we reviewed shapes and played a game called: "What can you make with shapes?"
Students had the chance to manipulate tangrams
In Arts we created an Art piece called "Dancing Fingers", where students listened to a song and used their fingers to paint. Enjoy the video!
To finish off the day we played with blocks, stamps and playdough.
Have a great weekend!
